The iDeal Flag Hinge is a versatile and adjustable hinge designed for composite doors. It allows for lateral (+/-2mm), vertical (+4mm), and compression (+2mm) adjustments, all of which can be made without dismounting the door leaf. The hinge is constructed with a strong steel hinge pin for added security, complemented by 8mm diameter bosses for additional stability. With durability tested to 50,000 cycles under load, the hinge also features exceptional corrosion resistance, with powder-coated finishes tested to 480 hours and plated finishes to 240 hours. It supports sash weights of up to 80kg when three hinges are installed, providing strong support and stability.
