To ensure easy installation, the hinge includes static cling TechTape that protects the hinge lid during fitting and displays adjustment instructions. The hinge also features a rubber tongue that keeps the hinge lid from closing during transit, and a captive hinge lid that pivots open and closed. With minimal preparation required, only two pre-drilled holes are needed.
